Ruger Super Wrangler. Single-action revolvers in the Super Wrangler family are being released by Sturm, Ruger & Company, Inc. These new weapons expand on the popularity of the reasonably priced Wrangler line, which was first released in 2019. Each weapon has two cylinders and a sturdy steel frame, allowing you to switch between more affordable and more expensive ammunition. Ammo that is more potent in 22 LR.22 WMR ammunition.
A 5.5-inch barrel is standard on the Super Wrangler. This is different from the regular Wrangler, which comes in formats of 3.75, 4.62, 6.5, and 7.5 inches.

The Super Wrangler continues the lineage of the well-known Ruger Single-Six and adds to Ruger’s long tradition of manufacturing high-quality, tough, dependable single-action revolvers. The Super Wrangler is the perfect gun for learning to shoot or introducing friends and family to shooting sports because to its inexpensive price and the low cost of rimfire ammo.
In order to bring single-action revolvers to a new level of affordability, Bill Ruger pioneered the use of contemporary investment casting in the firearms manufacturing with the release of the Single-Six in 1953.
The Super Wrangler upholds this legacy and raises the bar for price while keeping the tough dependability that is the distinguishing feature of Ruger rifles. It does this by utilizing contemporary CNC-machining technology and lean production practices.
The Super Wrangler has a 5.5-inch barrel and an adjustable target sight. It was initially available in three stylish Cerakote models: black, silver, and bronze. Single-Six panels may be installed in place of the common black checkered grip panels, offering a number of customizable possibilities.
Holsters made for Single-Six that fit 5.5-inch barrels will fit the Super Wrangler. The Super Wrangler’s specific cylinders cannot be swapped out for those found in Single–Six Convertibles or normal Wranglers with aluminum frames.
